New beds

Yesterday we had a bunk bed delivered for the kids room. At present Andrew sleeps on the bottom bunk and Rachel is in the cot just out of the shot next to the dresser but the long term plan is for both kids to sleep on the bunks. Andrew slept well in his new bed last night.

This is the good shot of the bunks. They can also be used as two single beds.

We are also in the process of getting new beds for our spare room so we can provide a good nights sleep.

Painting phase

Andrew is in a painting phase at present at Kindy. On a very busy day he has painted 8 pictures. This is a photo of one of our favourite ones.

Fun in the sand

Rachel had lots of fun in the sand. She had to have a complete change of clothes before getting back in the car. I think she might like sand as she was enjoying playing in it at playgroup this morning.

At Moraki boulders

A few weeks ago we went to Dunedin for Uncle David's birthday party. We didn't take any photos while we were there or when we were at the butterfly house but we remembered the camera when we stopped at Moraki boulders.

Starting young

We have another budding computer programmer in the making. Her is Rachel learning how to use the computer with Daddy.

P.S Although it might be a budding artist as she is sitting playing with pens on my knee at present and loves to get into the paints at Kindy.
